Therefore, when contacting me for a commission, i prefer to talk in advance about all the details so i can have a clear idea of your request.

1 – Who you are

2 – A list of the models
Especially in case you’re looking for army/gaming commission, it is essential to let me understand in detail what you want painted to get a detailed quote.
3 – Painting informations
Desired painting level, color scheme, use of special techniques like NMM or OSL, basing, and all optional services like conversions, assembly, if you’re going to send me the models or i’m to buy them, etc..
Feel free to add as much informations as you can.
4 – Payment
I accept payment via Paypal, bank transfer or cash, but talk to me if you need a different solution.
I usually require a deposit of 30-50% of the commission cost in advance (depending on the work’s size), this guarantees that an agreement has been reached and that i can begin working on the project.
If i have to buy the models, the cost will be asked via a separate invoice to the initial deposit.
I like to communicate with my customers and so -if you want- i will keep you up to date with mails and pictures of the work in progress.
Once the project is finished and you’re happy with it, we can plan out the shipping and payment can be finalized.
Please remember that shipping is always in charge of the customer.
I always pack and ship the models with the utmost care, but sometimes minor problem could occur due to postal handling, bad luck, etc.
For this reason, when you will receive the parcel, I’d like to hear a response from you.
